Vertical Solutions, Inc develops, implements, and supports best-in-class CRM Contact Center and Service Management solutions, including PowerHelp® and its new generation technology solutions, VContactCenter™, for internal, external, and hybrid contact centers, and VServiceManagement™, for customer support, field service, and mobile environments. In addition, in 2011 VSI launched the Health Resources Group and the VHealthTracker™ application suite to further adress the healthcare marketspace.
These application systems are built on a SOA-compliant, cloud-based technology platform and delivered as a service or on-premise in a private or public cloud environment. VSI's applications are flexible, integrate easily with legacy systems, and offer rapid deployment times, driving down TCO and delivering high ROI.
VSI also provides the services companies need to effectively deploy our solutions, including custom software, interface development, connectivity expertise, and database conversion. Implementation consulting, planning, hardware procurement, technical support, education, and training are also integral parts of VSI's comprehensive business solutions.

Ronald W. Wegmann, Sr.Chief Executive Officer and PresidentMr. Wegmann is the CEO and President of Vertical Solutions, Inc. A graduate of Xavier University, he earned a B.S. (Philosophy) in 1967 and an MBA (Marketing) in 1971. He has over thirty years of experience in systems consulting and software technologies. Mr. Wegmann is a member of multiple professional organizations and participates in several non-profit organizations. |

Steve McElweeChief Technology OfficerMr. McElwee has 19 years experience in the technology area. After 4 years of various technology endeavors, he joined VSI and later assumed the role of lead developer on the VSI proprietary Fieldcom® laptop communication system. In 2001, he assumed a leadership role in the PowerHelp product suite development. He was also recognized nationally by the CTIA for his work with wireless Internet systems, being one of the three selected out of 10,000 developers nationwide, as recipient of their prestigious development award. Mr. McElwee received a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University. |

Kris BrannockVice President Corporate DevelopmentMs. Brannock is a graduate of Wittenberg University with a Bachelors degree in English. She is also the current chair of The Women’s Circuit Outreach program, and a member of Northern Kentucky University’s Department of Master of Science Information Systems Advisory Board. For her business and community accomplishments, Ms. Brannock was nominated as one of Cincinnati’s top Forty under 40 up-and-coming business leaders, and speaks regularly at technology and business oriented events across the United States. |
